Add a mailbox

Add mailboxes in the portal under app.inboxmcp.io → Mailboxes → Add mailbox. Two provider types are available:

• IMAP / SMTP — classic mailboxes with username and password. Works with mailbox.org, IONOS, STRATO, Posteo and every RFC-3501-compatible mail server.
• Microsoft 365 — Outlook / Exchange Online. Sign in directly with Microsoft, no password stored.
