Delete your account

You can delete your inboxmcp account yourself at any time, directly in the portal. No support email needed.

How to do it

1. Open the Settings tab in the portal.
2. Click Delete account at the very bottom and confirm the prompt.

What happens next

• Deletion is scheduled for 7 days later. The portal shows you the exact date.
• Until then you can change your mind at any time: Settings offers a Cancel deletion button. Your account then continues as normal.
• While deletion is scheduled, the MCP tools are disabled. Connected AI assistants cannot access your mailboxes during that time.

What gets deleted

Once the grace period ends, your account is removed for good:

• An active subscription is cancelled at Stripe.
• All stored data is deleted: mailbox configurations including encrypted credentials, the audit log, your company profile and your login.
• Your mail itself is not affected. inboxmcp stores no mail content; everything stays untouched on your mail server.

Invoices that were already issued are retained to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations.
